- Combine cottage cheese, almond milk, and Parmesan in a blender.

Notes
To store, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Stir before use as it may separate. For a thinner dressing, add more almond milk. Chill for a couple of hours for better flavor melding. Experiment with herbs like dill or chives for customization.
