- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the cowboy butter.
- Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet and sauté until tender.
- Stir in the cooked bowtie pasta and lemon juice, mixing well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store any uneaten portions in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for about 2 months; just reheat in the microwave or on the stove. For best results, add a splash of water or chicken broth when reheating to keep it nice and moist. Prep ahead: Dice your chicken and chop your broccoli the night before to save time.
