Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, oats, almond flour, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
