Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and press it into the bottom of the cake pan, sealing the seams.
Filling
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the dough in the pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter on top of the cinnamon sugar.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then mix together powdered sugar and milk for the glaze. Drizzle over the cooled cheesecake.
- Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover slices in the fridge for up to 3–5 days. For longer storage, freeze individual slices wrapped tightly. Thaw in the fridge overnight or microwave for a few seconds to enjoy fresh.
