Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's well softened to avoid lumps in the mixture.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Gradually add to the whipped cream.
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate Dark chocolate can be used for a richer taste.
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice Adjust according to your preference for orange flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest Enhances the orange flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crust and Garnish
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Can substitute with Oreo or other cookie crusts.
  • Chocolate shavings For garnish.
  • Orange slices For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar to the whipped cream and continue to whip.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Setting
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled. Slice into wedges and place on plates.
  2. Garnish with chocolate shavings and orange slices.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze but enjoy fresh if possible. Adding a layer of orange jelly on top before garnishing gives an extra burst of flavor.
