Preparation
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add powdered sugar to the whipped cream and continue to whip.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Setting
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
- Serve chilled. Slice into wedges and place on plates.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and orange slices.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze but enjoy fresh if possible. Adding a layer of orange jelly on top before garnishing gives an extra burst of flavor.
