- Gently fold in the cookie dough until evenly mixed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
Chocolate Coating
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
- Dip the frozen cookie dough bites into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
