Ingredients
  

For the cheesecake filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the cookie dough
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade) You can use your favorite recipe or brand.
For the chocolate coating
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the cookie dough until evenly mixed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
  2. Dip the frozen cookie dough bites into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  3. Place back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Let thaw slightly before enjoying.
