Ingredients
  

Brownie Base Ingredients
  • 1 box brownie mix Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
Cookie Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar Can be replaced with coconut sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs; mix until well blended.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, salt, and chocolate chips to make the cookie dough.
  5. Place a spoonful of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter in each muffin cup.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until the brownie is set.
  2. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
Serving
  1. Serve these brownie bombs warm and consider sprinkling powdered sugar on top or drizzling with caramel or chocolate sauce.

Notes

For gooey brownies, bake until set but slightly underbake. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
