  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 pieces chipotle peppers in adobo sauce Adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Add more for extra tang
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine sour cream, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve as a dipping sauce or topping.

Notes

Store any leftover chipotle sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. Stir before using if it separates.
