- Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

- Remove chicken from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assembly
- Warm the pita bread.
- To assemble, place sliced chicken on pita, top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and drizzle with garlic sauce.
