  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. If desired, add a layer of lettuce.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you roll.
  5. Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Store roll-ups in the fridge for up to 3 days. Wrap tightly to keep fresh. Microwave to reheat or enjoy cold.
