- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- If desired, add a layer of lettuce.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Store roll-ups in the fridge for up to 3 days. Wrap tightly to keep fresh. Microwave to reheat or enjoy cold.
