Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and green bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced beef steak and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- On a tortilla, layer the beef and vegetable mixture, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla in half and place it in a clean skillet. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
- Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
