Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pepperoni slices on the prepared sheet, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
- Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of cream cheese onto the center of each pepperoni slice.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese on each pepperoni cup.
- Season each with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni edges are nice and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven before serving.
