  • 4 large large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to substitute with cheddar or pepper jack.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with melted butter.
  2. Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

These wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. They can be reheated in a skillet over medium heat. For a vegan option, substitute the cheese with vegan alternatives.
