Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Wrapping Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Can substitute with puff pastry for a flakier texture.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing on top.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle, fold the dough over, and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

These cheesy bombs can be paired with marinara or ranch dipping sauce. They can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
