Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle, fold the dough over, and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
These cheesy bombs can be paired with marinara or ranch dipping sauce. They can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
