Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
Assembly
- On the unbuttered side, layer the shredded chicken and top with cheese.
- Place the other slice of garlic bread on top, buttered side up.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, slice in half, and serve with your choice of toppings and a side salad or fries.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Wrap tightly before storing. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes for best texture.
