Preparation
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, melted cheese, and ranch dressing.
Assembly
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Top with crispy bacon and optional lettuce and tomatoes.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.

- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
