  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 slices crispy bacon Cook until crispy
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover chicken or turkey if available
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack) Melt before combining
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with blue cheese or yogurt-based dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, melted cheese, and ranch dressing.
Assembly
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  2. Top with crispy bacon and optional lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
