- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Layer turkey slices, cooked bacon, and cheddar cheese between two slices of bread, buttered side out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, pressing down slightly.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with fries, salad, or homemade chips. Best eaten fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 1 month.
