  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken, garlic powder, and ginger powder, and cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and sriracha, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken mixture over cooked rice.
  5. Add your choice of toppings like sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and shredded carrots.

Notes

For best flavor, don’t skip toasting the garlic. This dish can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for 3 months. To make ahead, prep the chicken mixture and rice separately.
