  • ¾ cup Pickle slices
Burger Sauce

Method

Preparation

Cooking
  1. Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30–40 minutes or in the air fryer for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the beef mince. Break it apart with a wooden spoon.

  4. Combine burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Assembly

  2. Fill the remaining space with shredded lettuce, then add cooked beef mince, cheese, and pickles.
  3. Drizzle with burger sauce and serve immediately!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep the sauce separate to prevent sogginess. You can prep all components in advance and assemble when ready to serve.
