Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the buttermilk and melted butter to the dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
- Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in Buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot from the oven with a side of celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
