  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo Sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Add the buttermilk and melted butter to the dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
  5. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  2. Toss the baked cauliflower in Buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven with a side of celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
