Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In the last 3-4 minutes of cooking, add broccoli to the boiling spaghetti water.
- Drain the spaghetti and broccoli, then mix with the light cheese in a large bowl.
- Slice the baked chicken thighs and serve on top of the spaghetti and broccoli mixture.
