Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or mini pancake maker over medium heat.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet.
  3. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes
