Cooking
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt a little butter and fry the eggs to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices lightly in the skillet.
Assembling
- Assemble the sandwich: place one slice of bread, add lettuce, bacon, cheese, egg, and tomato slices. Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the sandwich in an airtight container in the fridge, but it's best eaten fresh. Store components separately if necessary.
