Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder Adjust for heat level
  • 1/2 cup Molasses
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
Main ingredients
  • 2 pounds Pork ribs Use baby back or spare ribs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic, chili powder, molasses, and apple cider vinegar to create the marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Marinate the ribs for at least four hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to high heat.
  2. Grill or bake the marinated ribs until they are deliciously caramelized and juicy.
Serving
  1. Serve with coleslaw, cornbread, or roasted veggies for a complete meal!

Notes

For a flavor boost, brush some extra marinade on the ribs during the last few minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze the marinade for up to 3 months.
