  • 350 g cold milk Use cold milk for best results.
  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk One can.
  • 102 g instant vanilla pudding mix One package.
  • 470 g whipping cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
Layering Ingredients
  • 26 pieces Biscoff cookies Crushed for layering.
  • 4 large ripe bananas Slice the bananas for layering.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture gently.
  4. Slice the bananas and layer them in serving glasses.
  5. Add a layer of pudding mixture, followed by crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Repeat layers and finish with pudding on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve in individual glasses or bowls. Garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies or banana slices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, but cookies may soften over time. Use ripe bananas for optimal flavor.
