  • 2 tablespoons honey Or agave syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place cocktail sausages in a baking dish in a single layer.
  3. In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder with olive oil until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the sausages and toss gently to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausages are glazed and the sauce thickens.
  2. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and let cool slightly before serving.
