Ingredients
  

For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Tacos
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen
  • 8 small tortillas Corn or flour based on preference
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Toss the shrimp in the sauce until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp, shredded cabbage, and avocado on each tortilla.
  2. Drizzle more Bang Bang sauce on top and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for about 1-2 days, keeping shrimp and toppings separate to avoid soggy tortillas. Consider serving with mango salsa or a cool cucumber salad.
