Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.

  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
Baking

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
