  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon Cook until crispy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Sesame seeds for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese to the beef. Stir until the cheese melts.
  5. Take a biscuit, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Store in an airtight container; lasts 3-4 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
