Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese to the beef. Stir until the cheese melts.
- Take a biscuit, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Store in an airtight container; lasts 3-4 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
